Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sanaina Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights to return items purchased from sanaina.co.uk or sanaina.com.
1. Returns Eligibility
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels/tags attached.
If the label is removed, we cannot accept the return unless the item is faulty.
For hygiene reasons, certain items may be non-returnable unless faulty (this will be stated on the product page).
2. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a free return and a full refund or replacement in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.
We may request photos or videos to confirm the fault before approving the return.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
5. How to Arrange a Return
Email us at info@sanaina.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will confirm the return address and, if applicable, send a prepaid returns label for faulty/incorrect items.
Post the item back to us in secure packaging.
